The former Penrith prop has been unavailable during the early rounds of the new season as he completed his recovery from ankle surgery.
The 24-year-old required the operation after damaging ankle ligaments during the Rugby League World Cup in England last year.
But the 6ft 6in, 20st 4lb star has been passed fit to take his place in the squad at Langtree Park on Friday.
"Mose has trained well and is in our 19-man squad," said Saints coach Nathan Brown.
"The fans have high hopes for him and Mose should get a lot of confidence from that.
"He is a mature player for his age and the minute he does start playing he will contribute well and will get better and better."
Stand-off Gary Wheeler is also back in the Saints squad after sitting out last week's win over Salford nursing a dead leg.
Hull KR have prop forwards Michael Weyman and Justin Poore back from suspension as they attempt to prevent St Helens claiming their fourth consecutive win.
Jamie Langley has recovered from concussion, but front rower Jonny Walker is facing a lengthy lay-off with a knee injury.
