Castleford stand-off Rangi Chase has been cleared to help the Tigers in their bid to reach their first Challenge Cup final for 19 years.
The New Zealander has had his two-game ban, imposed for punching during his side's 34-30 Super League win over Bradford on Sunday, halved on appeal by the Rugby Football League's disciplinary panel.
Chase will now lose his ever-present record this season when Castleford go to the Racecourse in Wrexham to take on Crusaders on Saturday.
However, the influential half-back can now play for the Tigers in their Challenge Cup quarter-final against Huddersfield the following week.
