Wakefield's Chris Annakin, Warrington's Ben Westwood, Castleford's Justin Carney and Paddy Flynn of Widnes have all been charged and are set to appear before an independent disciplinary tribunal on Tuesday evening.
Wolves second-rower Westwood has been charged with the Grade D offence of making a dangerous thrown on Wildcats player Scott Anderson in the fourth minute of Sunday's match.
Later on in the first half of the same fixture at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium, Annakin performed a similar act on Wolves' prop Roy Asotasi and has also been charged with a Grade D offence.
Tigers winger Carney and Vikings winger Flynn are both charged with the Grade C offence of punching after their 57th minute fracas during Sunday's game, which saw Castleford claim a 34-22 victory at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle.
Flynn has until 11am on Tuesday to submit an Early Guilty Plea, but Annakin, Carney and Westwood do not have the same option and will face the disciplinary panel later in the day.
The Match Review Panel also issued a formal caution to Matt Cook of London Broncos for making dangerous contact with Hull KR's Michael Weyman of Hull KR on Sunday.
