Saracens defeated Leeds for a second time already this season, winning their EDF Energy Cup Group D clash 46-28 at Headingley Carnegie.
Former Leeds players Gordon Ross, Craig McMullen and skipper Alan Dickens each played a part in bringing down their old team, Ross converting five of the six tries and adding two penalties.
Alan Gaffney's side hammered the Yorkshiremen 31-7 in the Guinness Premiership last month and the gulf in class was once again evident.
Sarries led by just five points at the break but ran-in five tries in the second half in a clinical show of finishing.
Under the posts
Leeds fly-half Alberto De Bernardo's early penalty was cancelled out by Ross, and Saracens claimed a lead they never relinquished when Rod Penney touched down under the posts for the first of his two tries.
But Leeds produced their best move of the match just before the half-hour mark - a remarkable array of passing ending in Erik Lund crossing in the left hand corner.
Di Bernardo failed to convert and when Ross added a penalty shortly before the break, Sarries were 13-8 to the good.
Inside centre McMullen strode over the line unopposed shortly after the interval and Penney added another to give the visitors a healthy advantage.
Prop Mike McDonald barged his way over for Leeds in the 57th minute, two tries in four minutes from Edd Thrower and replacement Moses Raulini ended any faint hope Leeds may have had.
They did hit back with a try from Appo Satala on his debut, but Kevin Sorrell grabbed a sixth try for Sarries which Ross converted from under the posts.
