Gloucester prop Nick Wood has admitted he can't see himself playing for any other club after agreeing a new three-year deal at Kingsholm.
The 27-year-old has spent his entire career at Gloucester and having initially joined the academy set-up after leaving Radley College, Wood has gone on to make more than 100 appearances for the first-team.
And Wood, who has played for England Under-21s and Saxons, is determined to help Gloucester go onto win silverware.
"It's good to get it done. I've been at Gloucester my whole career and couldn't really see myself anywhere else," said Wood.
"We've been so close to major honours during my time here and I want to be part of a Gloucester side that takes that next step.
"For now though, it's all about the rest of this season and winning as many games as possible."
Gloucester head coach Bryan Redpath is delighted Wood has committed his future to the club - insisting that the prop can only get better.
Redpath told the club's official website: "I'm really pleased that Nick has committed to Gloucester Rugby. If you look at how many appearances he's made over the past few seasons then you'll understand what an integral part of our scrum he has been.
"He's only just turned 27 and quality props seem to get better as they get older so we're expecting big things from Nick."
