Leinster's Malcolm O'Kelly has been cited for allegedly stamping on Wasps captain Phil Vickery during their Heineken Cup defeat at Twickenham on Saturday.
The Ireland lock has been reported by match citing commissioner Aurwel Morgan and will appear before an independent disciplinary committee in Dublin on Thursday.
O'Kelly's hearing comes three days before Leinster's crucial final Heineken Cup Pool Two game at home to Edinburgh.
Meanwhile, Cardiff wing Tom James faces a disciplinary hearing after being sent off for butting Gloucester hooker Olivier Azam in the Blues' victory at Kingsholm on Sunday.
The Blues, who have already secured a quarter-final place as Pool Six winners, complete their group campaign against Calvisano on Friday night.
