The nominees for the 2017 Men's Player of the Year have been selected, and there is a mixture of both northern and southern hemisphere talent on the shortlist.
British and Irish Lions duo Owen Farrell and Maro Itoje lead the charge after a trophy-laden season for both club and country, following the drawn series against the world champion All Blacks.
Last year's Men's Player of the Year Beauden Barrett is once again nominated, as is team-mate Rieko Ioane who made his debut in the squared series against Warren Gatland's men.
The final nominee is try-scoring Wallaby Israel Folau, who has been hugely impressive in the No 15 jersey for the men from down under.
England's Lydia Thompson has been nominated for World Rugby's Women's Player of the Year, with New Zealand duo Kelly Brazier and Portia Woodman and France pair Romane Menager and Safi N'Diaye also on the list.
The Breakthrough Player of the Year will be contested by three players - Argentina's Emiliano Boffelli, New Zealand winger Rieko Ioane and France centre Damian Penaud.
World Rugby will announce this year's winners at their annual awards dinner in Monaco on November 26. Your vote here won't count towards their decision, but have your say on who you would pick...
