New Zealand centre wanted back in France

Toulon have launched an ambitious bid to re-sign New Zealand international Sonny Bill Williams. The powerhouse centre made a big impact at the Top 14 side after switching from rugby league. However he was lured back to New Zealand in a bid to play for the All Blacks at next year's World Cup. Toulon owner Mourad Boudjellal, though, has made no secret of his desire to see Williams return "home" after the World Cup. ''Toulon is his home,'' Boudjellal said. ''[Williams] knows that this is his home and he misses the environment in Toulon. "He is the one who'll decide on his future after the World Cup, but he has already proved that he can do the impossible on the rugby field.''
