Gloucester fly-half Nicky Robinson had his citing for a dangerous tackle dismissed by a joint Rugby Football Union and Welsh Rugby Union disciplinary committee on Tuesday evening.
Robinson was called before the committee over his tackle on London Irish scrum-half Darren Allinson during an LV= Cup game on February 5, but has been cleared to play on.
"The citing of Gloucester Rugby's Nicky Robinson for a dangerous tackle on London Irish's Darren Allinson during the LV= Cup match on February 5 was tonight dismissed and he can continue playing," read an RFU statement.
Meanwhile, Cardiff Blues lock Bryn Griffiths was handed a three-week ban by the panel after being found guilty of stamping on Harlequins scrum-half Karl Dixon in their LV=Cup meeting on February 6.
The former Newport Gwent Dragons and Doncaster man will be free to play again on March 9.
And the final disciplinary hearing of the evening saw Newport Gwent Dragons captain Tom Willis suspended for two weeks.
The former All Blacks hooker was handed the ban for stamping on an unnamed Scarlets player during their Welsh derby on February 6.
Willis, who was absent from the hearing after picking up an injury in the Dragons' win over Edinburgh at the weekend, will be free to play again on March 2 after sitting out Magners League games against Aironi and Glasgow.
