2013 - Clermont v Toulon
Jonny Wilkinson's Toulon staged a dramatic fightback to edge out French rivals Clermont Auvergne 16-15 in a thrilling Heineken Cup final in Dublin. Favourites Clermont looked on course to complete a perfect European campaign as two tries in eight second-half minutes gave them a nine-point lead, but Wilkinson - who finished with 11 points - kept his side in touch and then kicked what proved the decisive conversion after fellow Englishman Delon Armitage went over 15 minutes from time.
2012 - Leinster v Ulster
Leinster claimed an unprecedented third Heineken Cup title in four years with a record-breaking 42-14 victory over Ulster at Twickenham. The defending champions held sway for the majority of the contest with Ulster unable to build on a lively start as first-half tries from Sean O'Brien and Cian Healy gave Leinster a lead they never really looked like surrendering.
2011 - Leinster v Northampton
Leinster appeared on the ropes in the first half as the Saints romped into a 22-6 lead - scoring almost at will through Phil Dowson, Ben Foden and Dylan Hartley. However a call to arms at half-time from Jonathan Sexton, who cited to Liverpool's famous Champions League comeback against AC Milan in 2005, inspired his team-mates to a remarkable turnaround in the second half.
2010 - Toulouse v Biarritz
David Skrela and Florian Fritz kicked Toulouse to their fourth Heineken Cup final triumph with a 21-19 victory over Biarritz in Paris. Biarritz led 9-3 after half-an-hour thanks to three penalties from Dimitri Yachvili but Toulouse, appearing in a record sixth final, took control thereafter thanks to their forwards.
