Friday's Premiership team news: Owen Farrell starts for Saracens

England trio Owen Farrell, Jonny May and Ben Morgan return to club duty on Friday night as Saracens visit Gloucester, while Worcester travel to Sale.

Gloucester have given starts to wings David Halaifonua and May, fly-half James Hook and No 8 Morgan following their return from World Cup duty.

Charlie Sharples, who scored a try in the Cherry and Whites' opening round win at Newcastle, switches from the wing to full-back while captain Billy Twelvetrees moves to outside centre.

Saracens rest lock Maro Itoje so hooker Jamie George captains a team that includes returning England internationals George Kruis and Farrell.

Samoa centre Johnny Leota starts following his return from World Cup duty as Sale welcome Northampton-conquering Worcester to the AJ Bell Stadium.

Josh Beaumont is given the nod at No 8 and prop Vadim Cobilas makes his 100th appearance for the Sharks, who suffered a 41-3 hiding at Saracens in round one.

Worcester have named an unchanged starting XV following their last-gasp victory over Saints, with drop goal hero Tom Heathcote retained at fly-half.
