Northampton make three changes to the team that lost at Worcester with Tom Wood, Courtney Lawes and George Pisi all given starting berths.

Newcastle introduce three new faces as winger Giovanbattista Venditti and prop Jon Welsh make their debuts, while flanker Nili Latu is handed his first start for the club.

Wasps welcome back England forwards James Haskell and Joe Launchbury into their starting XV, with Italian Lorenzo Cittadini named among the replacements.

For Bath, Ollie Devoto replaces Matt Banahan at outside centre and Niko Matawalu has been given the nod at scrum-half.

The pack is unchanged, with Sam Burgess rested for the trip to Coventry.

England duo Henry Slade and Jack Nowell return to the Exeter starting line-up as two of three changes from the side that lost at Bath.

Wales international Tomas Francis also comes into the Chiefs' front row for the Sandy Park contest.

Irish have handed starts to prop Tom Smallbone and Fiji international Aseli Tikoirotuma on the wing while Scotland duo Blair Cowan and Sean Maitland are also included in the matchday squad.
