The teenagers line up side by side in the Tigers starting midfield in a team that includes their Development squad colleagues Joe Cain and Harry Thacker who made their senior bows in the Anglo-Welsh competition last season.
Italy U20 prop Tiziano Pasquali and Academy full-back Perry Humphreys are on the bench in their first appearance in a senior matchday squad.
Miles Benjamin makes his first appearance at Welford Road since joining the club last summer and Owen Williams continues at fly-half.
Meanwhile, the depleted Ospreys will be led by second-row Lloyd Peers while Tom Habberfield and Sam Davies form the half-back combination. Hanno Dirksen, Tom Isaacs and Morgan Allen are also included by head coach Steve Tandy.
Haskell as skipper
Former England flanker James Haskell will captain London Wasps in their clash against Saracens at Adams Park. Haskell leads a much changed Wasps line-up which combines a mix of experience and youth for the first LV=Cup game of the season.
Tim Streather is set to make his first senior start for Saracens in midfield in the game, whilst Ben Ransom starts against Wasps for the second time this season.
Last season's losing finalists Sale Sharks welcome Bath to the AJ Bell Stadium for the second time this season. Mike Haley, Mark Jennings and Tony Buckley get their first starts of the campaign for the hosts while Kyle Eastmond is amongst the Bath line-up.
Miles Normandale and Simon Humberstone are in line to make their Cardiff Blues debuts when the region begins its campaign against Worcester, while James Stephenson will make his competitive debut for Warriors at the Arms Park.
The Dragons make 13 changes to their regular line-up as they travel to Scarlets in the only all-Welsh tie including a trio of academy players all making their first starts for the region.
On Saturday, defending champions Harlequins will travel to Exeter and play at the Sandy Park ground that will host his year's LV= Cup final hoping to return next year for a shot at defending their title.
The Chiefs have made as many changes as possible - with their entire starting XV being different to the one that beat Sale 18-16 in a Premiership clash last weekend, while Quins have made fewer changes but still blood some younger players.
Alex Waller will become a Northampton Saints centurion when they take on Gloucester Franklin's Gardens - with the 23-year-old loosehead prop making his debut in this competition almost four years ago to the day.
Freddie Burns will captain the Cherry and Whites for the first time and 17-year-old Ollie Thorley will make his club debut as they also shuffle their pack.
Setaimata Sa will make his first London Irish appearance of the season when he takes the field against Newcastle - who are buoyed by the return of Richard Mayhew to the starting line-up.
Mayhew gets the nod at blindside flanker, his first start of the season after recovering from a foot injury which has kept him out of action for the first two months of the campaign.
