Tries from flanker Hannah Gallagher and centre Joanne Watmore plus two conversions and a penalty from full-back Emily Scarratt gave Gary Street's side their second win in four days against their southern hemisphere rivals.
England were twice reduced to 14 women, as try-scorer Gallagher was yellow carded after 65 minutes followed by Katy McLean in the final minutes of the game.
England took advantage of their early spell of pressure with eight minutes played when Scarratt slotted over a penalty in front of the posts.
Five minutes later and New Zealand got the game's first opening try as Kiwi backs freed up wing Shakira Baker to dive over in the corner.
This didn't set back England though, as just after 20 minutes fly-half Alice Richardson weaved between three defenders allowing Gallagher to score. Scarratt then gave England a five-point cushion to take into the second-half.
Centre Kelly Brazier kicked over a deserved penalty to give New Zealand the first points of the half decreasing England's lead to just two points.
England had the chance to extend their lead back to five points, but Scarratt's kick sailed just wide of the posts.
With Gallagher off the field, Watmore showed good pace to touch down before Scarratt wrapped it up with the conversion.
