Justin Tipuric has a shoulder problem which will require surgery "at some point"
Ospreys flanker Justin Tipuric may be a fitness doubt for the Wales tour of South Africa in June.

Wales coach Warren Gatland is already without Tipuric's fellow Lions Sam Warburton and Leigh Halfpenny for the trip, which includes a pair of Test matches against the Springboks.
Tipuric would have been the obvious candidate to replace Warburton at open-side flanker but it has transpired that he has injury concerns of his own.
Ospreys medical performance manager Chris Towers said: "Justin has an ongoing shoulder problem which, although it doesn't impact on his playing ability, has been restricting his ability to train fully in the gym.
"He will need keyhole surgery at some point to enable him to continue playing to his full ability.
"No decision has been made on timings at this stage but, whatever the decision, it will be made in full consultation with the player and will be in his best long-term interests."
Hooker Richard Hibbard is also a doubt for the tour due to a shoulder injury while scrum-half Rhys Webb required keyhole knee surgery earlier this month.
