The 27-year-old will join the club from French club Montpellier in the summer along with fellow countryman Leonardo Senatore from Toulon and back Paul Warwick from Stade Francais.
"Agustin is a quality international player who will add real strength in depth and power to the pack of forwards we are building here at Warriors," said Worcester head coach Richard Hill.
"I really like the way he plays the game and the clear ball-carrying ability he possesses.
"Agustin is clearly very comfortable with the ball in hand and has very strong off-loading skills. His ability in contact is excellent. He speaks very good English, which is important, and is an experienced international player who will know Leonardo (Senatore) so I am sure they play well together.
"We have signed a very passionate rugby player whose attitude and dedication is superb. I am sure he will be a big asset for the Warriors as we plan for the future."
Creevy, who has 22 Test caps, has previously played for Biarritz and Clermont Auvergne.
Worcester also announced that they had recruited Creevy's fellow Argentina
international Ignacio Mieres for next season.
Fly-half Mieres will head to Sixways from Worcester's Premiership rivals Exeter.
"Ignacio is a superb goalkicker with a very high percentage of success who is very ambitious and keen to join us," said Hill. "Last season, he started the vast majority of games for Exeter as they were very successful and secured a top-six finish and, with it, Heineken Cup rugby."
