Leeds have completed the signing of flanker Ryan Burrows from Rotherham on a two-year deal.

Flanker moved after four years with Rotherham

Leeds coach Diccon Edwards has completed the signing of flanker Ryan Burrows from Rotherham on a two-year deal. Burrows has been on the Leeds radar for the past few seasons, and he trained and played for Carnegie's A team during the 2009/10 season. However Burrows, who made more than 100 appearances during his four years with the Titans, has now agreed to a permanent switch to Headingley. Burrows said: "I am really pleased to be joining Leeds Carnegie and I am very excited about next season. "I had some fantastic times at Rotherham and they are a great bunch of lads down there but I felt the time was right for me to move to a new club and test myself. I am sure there will be plenty of banter flying around in the build up to that game and I know they will make life tough for us. "The Championship is a very tough competition and we will not be taking anyone lightly. I am looking forward to working with Diccon Edwards again. "He coached me a couple of years ago when I came up to do pre-season with Leeds and I played a couple of A team games for the club. There is a great spirit within the camp and the new guys have been made to feel very welcome."
