Former England scrum-half Peter Richards to lead Exiles academy
Former England international Peter Richards was confirmed as full time coach of the London Irish academy.

Richards, who spent seven years as an Exiles player over two spells, will now coach the senior Academy as well as the club's apprenticeship and development programmes.
The 35-year-old has been brought in as part of restructure in the London Irish Academy as the club looks to consolidate its reputation for producing international players.
Previous graduates Delon Armitage, Alex Corbisiero, Jonathan Joseph, Nick Kennedy, David Paice, Topsy Ojo and Marland Yarde have all gone on to represent England.
"Over the last decade this Club has produced some outstanding talent and we want to ensure that continues," London Irish director of rugby Brian Smith said.
"We are increasing our resources to ensure that the 300 players aged between the ages of 14-20 within our programme get the best support possible to continue their development. I am delighted that Peter Richards will be part of this process."
Richards will be joined by forwards coach Glenn Delaney, backs coach Richard Whiffin and club captain Declan Danaher on a weekly basis as London Irish continue strengthen their academy system.
As well as leading the Exiles' development programmes, former England No 9 Richards will continue to provide one-to-one coaching to senior scrum-halves at the club.
