A crowd in excess of 50,000 is expected for what should be one of the highlights of the group phase, with both sides going into the game after winning their opening Pool Three game.
Saracens were pushed all the way by Connacht before coming out on top 23-16 while Toulouse had little trouble in beating Italian side Zebre 38-5.
Director of rugby Mark McCall said: "It almost feels like it is going to be an international match, us against a big club like Toulouse playing at Wembley.
"It's a game of big significance for both teams and hopefully the weather will be kinder than what's predicted. But it's going to be a great atmosphere nonetheless."
Winger Chris Ashton, in such fine form this season, added: "You feel a lot more comfortable at Twickenham because you see it a lot more, but I like Wembley.
"It's going to be new for Toulouse but I don't think you can read too much into it. It's a good pitch, there will be a good crowd and I am looking forward to it."
And recent England call-up Joel Tomkins said: "Hopefully we can feed off the crowd and there will be plenty of numbers there with more than 50,000 tickets sold. The bigger the crowd, the better for us.
"It's always tough going over to Ireland, especially at Connacht where it's a massive game for them as it was for us. They made the game a bit scrappy at times and maybe we didn't deal with it as well as we could have, but this week Toulouse are a massive team and we're going to have to up our game to get the win."
You can watch Saracens take on Toulouse at Wembley on Friday evening, with the programme starting at 7:00pm on Sky Sports 1
