All three have been rewarded for some impressive performances this season and will remain with Munster until at least June 2016.
Sligo native Sheridan played underage rugby with Connacht before moving to UL Boheminans, and joined Munster's senior squad during the 2012/13 season.
The 25-year-old scrum-half made his debut in February 2013 against Edinburgh and impressed in his first Heineken Cup start as Munster snatched a last-gasp win at Perpignan.
Versatile prop Ryan, 25, has represented Munster at U19 and U20 level, and travelled to Georgia last summer as part of the Emerging Ireland squad.
The Cork native made his first senior start in the final game of last season against Zebre and continued his progression by making seven appearances during the current campaign.
Fellow prop Cronin has made a huge impact this season, scoring three tries in 14 appearances.
The 23-year-old made his senior bow against Leinster last April and started in last month's win in Perpignan.
Munster head coach Rob Penney said, "It's great to have these young guys commit their talent and future to Munster.
"It just shows once again the hard work that is being done at grass-roots and underage level for guys of this calibre to break through, and it's great for the province."
