O'Shea, a towering 6ft 9in lock, graduated from the youth system at Munster and has represented Ireland at U19 and U20 level.
The 21-year-old played senior rugby for Dolphin RFC and featured for Munster A in the British and Irish Cup last season.
O'Shea said: "I would like to thank all the coaches and players at Munster for their support and encouragement in helping me develop as a player to date.
"However I am very keen to develop further and believe that playing regularly with Worcester is the right platform for me to bring on my game over the next few years.
"I am excited to be joining Warriors as they are a club which have placed a big emphasis on developing young players to build a successful team.
Progress
"I am really looking forward to working with Dean Ryan and all the coaches to progress as a player and I cannot wait to get started."
Bruzulier, also 21, has played for Wales at age-group and Sevens level and was also part of the Saracens side that finished runners-up in the Premiership Seven Series in 2011.
He left London to join French ProD2 club Le Pays d'Aix Rugby Club in 2012 and has also trained with Top 14 giants Toulon this season.
"I'm really pleased to be joining a big club like Worcester and I'm looking forward to getting stuck in," he said.
"I really believe that the project for the next couple of years is very exciting and I want to work hard and earn my place."
Warriors boss Dean Ryan added: "Darren and Jean-Baptiste are examples of talented young players who are looking for surroundings which will enable them to maximise their potential and excel.
"They will have opportunities to progress in a competitive environment amongst a group of committed players who want this club to be successful."
