Leinster begin their quest for a third successive PRO12 title with a trip to Glasgow Warriors, a repeat of last season's final, over the weekend of September 5-7.

Munster kick off the event, which boasts Guinness as its title sponsor, at home to Edinburgh, while Ulster begin the 2014-15 campaign with a trip to Scarlets.

Completing the opening weekend of fixtures, Ospreys play hosts to Benetton Treviso, Cardiff Blues travel to Parma to face Zebre and Connacht entertain the Newport Gwent Dragons in Galway.

"We are looking forward to working with Guinness in actively developing the profile and stature of our competition which boasts some of the biggest names in world rugby."

Charlie McEwen, sales and marketing director for GUINNESS PRO12, said: "Today's announcement and that of the Sky Sports partnership earlier in the year provides the backdrop for an exciting new dawn for the GUINNESS PRO12.

"We look forward to a compelling season of rugby and working with our new partners to promote the competition."
