Ospreys came from behind to beat Edinburgh 27-13 at the Liberty Stadium on Friday.
Sam Davies kicked 17 points to help Ospreys defeat their Pro12 mid-table rivals and remain in the hunt for a top six finish this season.
The visitors started the game brightly and deservedly went ahead after 12 minutes through a Greig Tonks penalty.
Davies immediately levelled things for the hosts before Tonks restored Edinburgh's advantage with his second kick of the match.
Davies successfully scored another penalty to once again level the scores before Tonks set up Edinburgh prop Allan Dell for a converted try.
But Ospreys hit back five minutes before the break - Ben John claiming a Davies kick to put Sam Underhill over down the left, before Davies successfully kicked the extras.
The home side may have considered themselves fortunate to go in at half-time level but they returned to dominate the second period - scoring four unanswered penalties through the boot of Davies after Edinburgh skipper Neil Cochrane was sin-binned.
A late Scott Otten try rounded off the scoring to hand the Welsh club their eighth win of the Pro12 season, meaning Steve Tandey's side leapfrog Munster into sixth place following the result.
Ospreys will now travel to Galway to face Connacht next Saturday whilst Edinburgh hosts Scarlets next Sunday.
