Ali Lauitiiti: back from suspension to take the place of Oliver Wilkes in the pack
Danny Orr: will undergo a late fitness test ahead of derby clash
Castleford have Danny Orr and Jamie Ellis available to face Wakefield - but Rangi Chase is ruled out of the fixture after undergoing knee surgery.
England international Chase went under the knife on Wednesday and will miss the third and final derby of the season between the two Yorkshire rivals.
However coach Ian Millward is able to include both Orr, who sustained a leg injury against Wigan last time out, and Ellis in his 19-man squad, with the half-back duo set to be given fitness tests ahead of Sunday's contest.
There is also a place for Josh Griffin, with the centre fit to face his former club after missing the 40-16 loss to the Warriors at the DW Stadium through illness.
Wakefield, meanwhile, welcome back Ali Lauitiiti from suspension for what will be the second rower's 200th first grade appearance in this country.
The former Leeds forward will take the place of Oliver Wilkes, who is ruled out after being hit with a one-match ban for a reckless tackle on Rob Burrow in Monday's impressive home win over the Rhinos.
Wilkes, who was also hit with a £300 fine, was unsuccessful in appealing against the suspension.
Like Lauitiiti, on-loan full-back Richard Mathers will make his 200th appearance against his parent club.
The sides have one win apiece from their meetings so far in 2012 - Castleford claimed a 34-16 triumph at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium back in April, only for Wakefield to come out 32-26 winners at Magic Weekend in May.
Castleford: Owen, Youngquest, Griffin, Orr, Emmitt, Huby, Snitch, Jones, Milner, Hudson, Mitchell, Jackson, Millington, Holmes, Massey, Nash, Thompson, Williams, Ellis.
Wakefield: Mathers, Fox, Collis, Cockayne, Wood, Lauitiiti, Ellis, Raleigh, John, Washbrook, Amor, Johnson, Kirmond, Mariano, T. Smith, Trout, James, Sykes, L. Smith.
