Castleford Tigers take on table-topping St Helens at the Wish Communications Stadium in a massive test of both teams title credentials.

Unbeaten Saints are just one place and two points clear of Tigers in the table, but a win by nine points or more would see the hosts climb to the top of the ladder.

Meanwhile, the Saints saw off 12-man Huddersfield 17-16 in a Tetley's Challenge Cup thriller and are now looking to stretch their winning start to the season to eight games in the league.

"Saints are seven from seven and we are six from seven, so it is going to be a massive game to see whereabouts we are at this time of year," said Cas prop forward Andy Lynch.

"It is a tough task for us but one we are looking forward to and it is a match we can definitely win."

Castleford bring back hooker Daryl Clark and forwards Craig Huby and Grant Millington after resting them for the cup tie at Batley, while centre Jake Webster is back from injury. Michael Channing and Dan Fleming drop out.

St Helens have second rower Jon Wilkin back from a two-match suspension but prop Kyle Amor misses out due to injury.

Full-back Jonny Lomax has recovered from the neck injury he sustained in the Challenge Cup win at Huddersfield.
