McDermott: Making one change
Harlequins play host to the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats on Saturday night on the back of a big win at the KC Stadium.
The Londoners bounced back from their home defeat against the Wigan Warriors in round one by winning away against injury-hit Hull FC 24-6 at the weekend.
Coach Brian McDermott has made just one change to his 20-man squad with back-rower Jon Grayshon making way for youngster Tony Clubb.
The Wildcats have taken two points from their opening two games against the Bradford Bulls and Leeds Rhinos.
And despite going down to the champions at Belle Vue last time out John Kear believes the play-offs are a realistic possibility this year.
Sean Gleeson and Duncan MacGillivray have come into Wakefield's 20-man squad to try and freshen up the troops with Paul Reilly and Tevita Leo-Latu dropping out.
Harlequins 20-man squad: Barker, Clubb, Gafa, Haggerty, Heckenberg, Hill, Howell, Mbu, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, McLinden, Orr, Paul, Purdham, Randall, Rinaldi, Sheriffe, Temata, Walsh, Ward, Wells
Wakefield 20-man squad: Blaymire, Martin, Atkins, Rooney, Brough, Watene, Drew, Sculthorpe, Ferres, MacGillivray, Demetriou, Obst , Bibey, Henderson, Wilkes, Gleeson, Grix, Ferguson, Moore, George
