Washbrook: Set to return
Hull FC head coach Richard Agar welcomes back Epalahame Lauaki and Danny Washbrook into the initial squad for the visit of Harlequins.
Lauaki should make his long awaited debut for the Black and Whites while Washbrook could have featured last week after returning from a three-and-a-half month lay-off, only to get delayed due to the birth of his first child.
Kirk Yeaman (groin) and Shaun Berrigan (shoulder) are the players to miss out after suffering injuries against Les Catalans last week that could rule them out for the season.
Harlequins boss Brian McDermott is able to call on Danny Orr, who missed last week's defeat to Salford because of a thigh strain.
Ryan Esders is also available again after overcoming a shoulder problem, but David Howell remains out with a facial injury.
Hull FC 19-man squad: Burnett, Briscoe, Calderwood, Cordoba, Dowes, Hall, G. Horne, Houghton, King, Lauaki, Lee, Manu, Moa, Radford, Raynor, Tansey, Tickle, Washbrook, Whiting.
Harlequins RL 19-man squad: Bryan, Clubb, Dorn, Esders, Gafa, Gale, Golden, Haggerty, Heckenberg, Kaye, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Melling, Orr, Purdham, Randall, Sharp, Ward, Wells, Williamson.
