Randall: Knee injury
Both Catalans Dragons and Harlequins will be desperate for a win when they do battle on Sunday at Stade Gilbert Brutus, live on Sky Sports.
While the hosts know they cannot afford a loss in their bid to qualify for the play-offs, Quins will be hoping to end a four-match losing run.
The Dragons were narrowly beaten 24-22 at Wigan last time out but have won their last two matches in Perpignan, including a 32-30 victory over reigning champions Leeds.
Coach Kevin Walters is unable to call upon experienced trio Adam Mogg, Jason Croker and Jerome Guisset, who were all injured against the Warriors.
Cyril Stacul, Vincent Duport and Kane Bentley are drafted in to the 19-man squad as replacements.
Meanwhile Quins' hopes of getting back to winning ways have been dealt a blow by the news that Chad Randall will miss his first game in three years.
The hooker twisted his knee during last Saturday's 32-16 defeat by Huddersfield and has not recovered in time to play in Perpignan.
Randall joins Daniel Heckenberg, Luke Dorn, Danny Orr and Rob Purdham on the sidelines.
Coach Brian McDermott is also unable to call upon David Howell due to suspension, while Joe Mbu and Luke Williamson will remain in London as their partners are both due to give birth this weekend.
At least Jason Golden, who has missed the last two matches with an ankle injury, is available after coming through a fitness test on Friday.
Youngsters Jamie O'Callaghan, Luke May and Dave Williams are also included in Quins' 19-man party for the game in France.
"Momentum is the important thing for us at the moment, not league position," said McDermott. "However we play, we need something to build upon for the following week.
"Our defence against Huddersfield last week was an improvement on the week before, and we'll look to take that further this week.
"As soon as you take your eye off the ball by looking at league positions and relying on other teams you get too nervous and anxious and I'm not sure that it works."
Catalans Dragons squad: Baile, Bell, Bentley, Bird, Bosc, Carlaw, Casty, Duport, Elima, Fakir, Ferriol, Gossard, Greenshields, McGuire, Mounis, Pelo, Perry, Ryles, Stacul.
Harlequins RL squad: Clubb, Esders, Gafa, Gale, Golden, Haggerty, Kaye, May, Gigot, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Melling, O'Callaghan, Robinson, Sharp, Skee, Temata, Ward, Wells, Williams.
