Wilkes: Could face former club on Saturday
Harlequins and Wakefield will both have debutants in action on Saturday when they go head-to-head at the Twickenham Stoop.
The two teams face each other in a round three fixture that has been moved forward due to Quins' friendly against Melbourne Storm on February 21.
The hosts have included off-season signings Matt James, Ben Jones-Bishop and Oliver Wilkes, who is set to face his former employers, in their squad.
There is also a place in the 19-man party for Ben Bolger, with the second-rower set to make his Super League debut this weekend.
"Ben Bolger is another of our young Londoners who has worked very hard throughout our youth development system to earn a shot at Super League," Quins coach Brian McDermott told the club's website.
"He had a great season in the reserves last year and was solid in our victory over London Skolars last week.
"Similarly, Ben Jones-Bishop, Oliver Wilkes and Matt James have got a really good understanding of what we're trying to achieve both offensively and defensively and have fitted really well into our squad."
Quins are certain to be without captain Rob Purdham and stand-off Luke Dorn though, with both players sidelined by shoulder injuries.
Wakefield have a host of signings in their squad too, including former Bulls trio Ben Jeffries, who is back for a second spell with the Wildcats, Terry Newton and Glenn Morrison.
Coach John Kear is also able to include his two Australian imports in prop Shane Tronc and centre Daryl Millard.
Despite only recently returning to action following knee surgery, skipper Jason Demetriou could be fit to lead the visitors.
"Jason Demetriou is a true professional and I wouldn't have included him unless I was convinced that he had proved his fitness. As our captain he's important to us and I've every faith in him," Kear said on the Wildcats' website.
"We've worked hard through the pre-season training programme and our three pre-season friendly games.
"Now the boys just want to play and I'm happy that they're in the right mood to acquit themselves well at Harlequins RL."
Paul Johnson and Paul King, who arrived from Warrington and Hull respectively, could make their Wakefield debuts, while the only major absentee is injured winger Damien Blanch.
Harlequins squad: Bolger, Clubb, Esders, Gale, Golden, Howell, James, Jones-Bishop, Kaye, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Melling, O'Callaghan, Orr, Randall, Sharp, Ward, Wilkes, Williams, Williamson.
Wakefield squad: Gleeson, Millard, George, Jeffries, Brough, Tronc, Newton, Korkidas, Ferguson, Morrison, Demetriou, Obst, Johnson, Henderson, Murphy, King, Leo-Latu, Morton, Moore.
