Tickle: Served his suspension
Hull are boosted by the return of Craig Fitzgibbon, Mark O'Meley and Danny Tickle for their trip to the Twickenham Stoop on Saturday.
The Airlie Birds head to the capital looking to bounce back from their sorry 46-0 mauling at the hands of table-topping Wigan last time out.
Australian duo Fitzgibbon and O'Meley both sat out the home loss through injury but are set to make their comebacks against Quins this weekend.
Meanwhile, former Warrior Tickle missed the chance to play against his old employers due to a one-match suspension received for fighting in the derby victory over Hull KR.
All three have been included in coach Richard Agar's 19-man squad along with talented young winger Reece Lyne, who made a try-scoring debut for the first team against Salford earlier this year.
Craig Hall and Mike Burnett and youngsters Liam Kent and Chris Green, make way for the quartet. However, Danny Nicklas has retained his place in the squad after featuring against the Warriors at the KC Stadium.
Harlequins have Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook and David Howell, who has been out of action for the past month, available again.
Coach Brian McDermott is hoping his side can come out on top in their third clash of the season with the Black and Whites.
Hull won the opening contest at the KC Stadium back in February but the Londoners evened things up with an impressive 25-8 victory during Magic Weekend at Murrayfield.
"When we played them at Edinburgh we put in a fairly convincing performance and we'll be trying to replicate that, albeit with slightly different personnel," McDermott said.
"Last weekend they lost 46-0 to Wigan but we have not used that game as a tool in our preparations for Saturday. Hull have been pretty consistent this season and that is the team we are preparing to face."
Harlequins squad: Bolger, Clubb, Dorn, Ellis, Gale, Golden, Howell, Jones-Bishop, Krasniqi, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Melling, Mills, O'Callaghan, Orr, Purdham, Sharp, Ward, Wilkes, Williams.
Hull FC squad: T. Briscoe, Berrigan, Cusack, Dowes, Fitzgibbon, Horne, Houghton, Lauaki, Lyne, Manu, Moa, Nicklas, O'Meley, Radford, Tansey, Tickle, Turner, Washbrook, Yeaman.
