Ian Millward: Returns to Super League with Castleford Tigers
Stephen Wild: Will captain Salford as they take their bow at their new stadium
Salford City Reds will be aiming to get their time at the Salford City Stadium off to a winning start when they host Castleford on Saturday evening.
After 110 years of playing at The Willows, the Reds are preparing to begin life at their new home in Barton at the weekend, and it can be seen live on Sky Sports.
Coach Phil Veivers, whose position was made permanent when Matt Parish departed over the winter, has a full-strength squad to choose from for his side's first game of the Stobart Super League season.
Six of the seven off-season signings are included in the 19-man squad for the clash, with Veivers' son Josh being the only absentee among the new boys.
Second-rower Stephen Wild is set play his first match since being named as the new club captain, while Salford fans will get a first glimpse of NRL imports Shannan McPherson and Joel Moon.
"We want to get people excited about the club again and want to get people down here," Wild told the Reds' official website.
"If we put in a good performance against Cas and hopefully get a win against them on Sky it's only going to help us.
"It's a great honour to captain the side, especially coming into the new stadium. Hopefully it will be the start of something big."
Castleford will be hoping for a successful start to their own new era after appointing former St Helens and Wigan boss Ian Millward as their new coach.
New signings Josh Griffin, Lee Mitchell and Steve Nash are set to make their competitive debuts for the Tigers after being included in Ian Millward's 19-man squad.
Young prop Jonathan Walker returns to the squad after missing the second half of the 2011 season with a serious knee injury.
Close-season signing Grant Millington will not make his debut due to injury, with fellow forwards Craig Huby, Paul Jackson, Steve Snitch and winger Nick Youngquest are also rules out.
Salford squad: Patten, Broughton, Moon, Gleeson, Williams, Holdsworth, Smith, Jewitt, Godwin, James, Ashurst, McPherson, Wild, Nero, Adamson, Anderson, Howarth, Paleaaesina, Gledhill.
Castleford squad: Owen, Arundel, Dixon, Griffin, Chase, Orr, Emmitt, Clark, Ferres, Walker, Jones, Milner, Hudson, Mitchell, Holmes, Massey, McGoldrick, Nash, Davies.
