Patrick Ah Van: Part of unchanged Widnes squad
Lance Hohaia: returns for St Helens
Widnes have named an unchanged squad for Sunday's Stobart Super League match with local rivals St Helens.
The Vikings moved off the bottom of the table with a 40-10 victory over Castleford last Monday and coach Denis Betts wants more of the same.
"Monday's game versus Castleford was clearly our best all-round performance of the season and it was great to see some reward for all of the work the lads have been putting in," Betts told the club's official website.
"Going back as far as the Catalan game, with the exception of the defeats to Warrington and Wigan, which can happen to the best of sides, it has been a very encouraging period.
"What is important now is that we build on these performances and continue to get better, it is no good standing still."
St Helens, who went unbeaten in the Super League during June, welcome back Shaun Magennis and Lance Hohaia.
Jonny Lomax misses out due to a rib injury.
Widnes squad: Ah Van, Allen, Cahill, Clarke, Cross, Craven, Davies, Dean, Haggerty, Hanbury, Isa, Kite, McShane, Marsh, O'Carroll, Phelps, Mellor, Pickersgill, Winterstein
St Helens squad: Shenton, Soliola, Meli, Hohaia, Perry, Roby, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Puletua, Wilkin, Flannery, Laffranchi, Flanagan, Clough, Magennis, Dixon, Gaskell, Makinson, J Jones
