Jermaine McGillvary: Could be recalled for the Giants after missing the win over Leeds
Kirk Yeaman: Missing for the Black and Whites due to a broken thumb
Huddersfield will aim to maintain pole position in Super League when they entertain Hull FC at the John Smith's Stadium on Saturday.
The Giants currently sit on top of the table after registering five wins from six outings so far in 2013, the last of them seeing them defeat reigning champions Leeds 32-8 at Headingley.
Their only setback so far came in their previous home fixture against Bradford, so they will not want a repeat in front of the Sky Sports cameras.
Head coach Paul Anderson could opt to recall fit-again winger Jermaine McGillvary after he missed the win over the Rhinos with a back problem.
Jason Chan is an absentee for the host; the second-rower could be out for as long as two months after tearing knee ligaments against the Rhinos.
Hull, meanwhile, are without Danny Tickle and Kirk Yeaman as they look to build on last week's 52-0 thrashing of Castleford - just their second win of the campaign so far.
Tickle is suspended following a red card for fighting against the Tigers while Yeaman sustained a broken thumb in the same match. He is joined on the sidelines by Aaron Heremaia (rib injury).
Ben Crooks, Jason Crookes and Chris Green have all been drafted into the 19-man squad by Airlie Birds boss Peter Gentle, who knows his side cannot allow Huddersfield's huge pack to get on the front foot if they are to contain the in-form Danny Brough.
"Everybody knows about the big forward pack they've got and how much time and space they're giving Danny Brough and Luke Robinson in the halves," he told the club's official website.
"The challenge for us there is to come up against probably the form forward pack in the competition and the form half back, so it's going to be a tough one.
Huddersfield: Grix, Cudjoe, Wardle, McGillvary, Brough, Robinson, Crabtree, Lunt, Kopczak, Faiumu, Ferres, Patrick, Ta'ai, Murphy, Cording, Fairbank, Ferguson, Dawson, Fielden.
Hull: Arundel, Bowden, Briscoe, Crookes, Crooks, Galea, Green, Holdsworth, Horne, Houghton, Johnson, Lineham, Lynch, McDonnell, O'Meley, Pitts, Watts, Westerman, Whiting.
"We played a solid game in the conditions and, when the big lads get forward like they did, it is easier to kick off the back of them."
