Salford City Reds have named four changes to their 19-man squad to face Hull FC at the Salford City Stadium in Saturday's Super League clash.
Centres Lee Gaskell and Edwin Okanga-Ajwang have been left out of Alan Hunte's selections while winger Danny Williams and former England schoolboy international centre Jon Ford make the squad.
Utility back Niall Evalds gets the nod ahead of Jack Murphy as the City Reds aim to bounce back following successive defeats.
Meanwhile prop Jacob Emmitt is included in the 19-man squad and could make his debut for the club following his mid-season switch from Castleford Tigers.
Hull forward Danny Tickle looks set to spend the next two months on the sidelines after sustaining a knee injury in the second half of last week's victory against Catalan Dragons.
Hull FC coach Peter Gentle has opted to bring prop Chris Green back into the squad to cover Tickle's absence.
Gentle's side have marched into form with victories against Wakefield and Catalans in the last two weeks to lift them up to ninth in the standings.
The consecutive wins have left Hull just two points behind rivals Hull KR and only three off Warrington in fourth place.
At the foot of the table the City Reds have won only two games this campaign seeing them slump to 13th in the Super League table.
In the five previous meetings between the sides the City Reds' lone victory came in February 2012 when they edged a 24-22 win at home to Hull.
Salford:Broughton, Gleeson, D. Williams, Foran, Ashurst, Dixon, Wild, Godwin, Nero, James, Neal, Fages, Sneyd, Owen, Evalds, Griffin, Ford, A. Walne, Emmitt.
Hull:Arundel, Briscoe, Bowden, Crooks, Crookes, Green, Hadley, Heremaia, Horne, Houghton, Lineham, Lynch, McDonnell, O'Meley, Pitts, Shaul, Watts, Westerman, Whiting.
What they said...
Salford City Reds interim coach Alan Hunte
"Every game is different and in some everything clicks, and then in others, for one reason or another, they just do not.
"Any side facing the likes of Martin Gleeson and Jodie Broughton who have international experience though at differing levels, together with Marc Sneyd and Theo Fages will have their own defensive structures tested."
Hull FC coach Peter Gentle
"We've come into our own a little bit the last couple weeks as they've started to dry out and we've found a few offloads again. That's probably our game and it's helped the backs.
"But I thought we were solid defensively too against Catalan, although we were disappointed to concede a late try when we let our concentration slip for a moment."
