Huddersfield take on defending champions Leeds in Saturday's eagerly anticipated Tetley's Challenge Cup fifth-round clash at the John Smith's Stadium.
Giants head Coach Paul Anderson has included Joe Wardle, Brett Ferres and David Faiumu in a strong looking squad for the derby encounter.
Wardle and Ferres have replaced Ben Blackmore and try-scoring debutant Kruise Leeming while New Zealander Faiumu comes in for Jamie Cording after recovering from a rib injury.
Anderson says he wants his side to be winning trophies year in, year out like Leeds and Saturday gives his team an opportunity to lay down a marker.
"This is the Challenge Cup and the history associated with it is fantastic. We all know that if you do well in this competition your reward is an appearance at Wembley," Anderson told the club's official website.
"That is something I have never done in my career and it is high on the list of priorities of most of the players here at the Giants.
"Leeds have big history in big games. That is the key and we want to play well in big games. We want to get where we want to be, where Leeds have been and you have to beat the best on the way."
Leeds are undefeated in their last eight matches and head coach Brian McDermott has made just the one change to this squad following victory over neighbours Bradford Bulls last time out with Richard Moore replacing prop Brad Singleton.
Huddersfield squad: Grix, Cudjoe, Wardle, McGillvary, Brough, Robinson, Crabtree, Lunt, Kopczak, Ferres, Faiumu, Lawrence, Patrick, Chan, Ta'ai, Murphy, Ferguson, Mullally, Dawson
Leeds squad: Hardaker, Watkins, Moon, Hall, McGuire, Burrow, Leuluai, McShane, Peacock, Jones-Buchanan, Ablett, Sinfield, Delaney, Bailey, Kirke, Clarkson, Achurch, Moore, Sutcliffe
