We cast an eye over this weekend's Premier League action and pick out the highlights.
Warrington head coach Tony Smith was in phlegmatic mood after watching his side hang on for a 24-20 victory over Salford at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
When asked if he was concerned about Salford's fightback, Smith said: "Not really. If they'd have won, they'd have won.
"Nothing to worry about there. Games sort themselves out. There wasn't a whole lot that could be done about it.
"The players hung in there and it was good experience for them and hopefully some of those young guys will learn a lot from it."
Smith chose to rest Brett Hodgson, Chris Bridge, Lee Briers and Ben Westwood ahead of next week's Carnegie Challenge Cup clash with Catalan Dragons in Perpignan.
With Adrian Morley, Michael Monaghan, Stefan Ratchford, Richie Myler and David Solomona all out injured, Smith opted to field a youthful side.
And 17-year-old second rower Ben Currie took advantage of his opportunity by capping a supreme performance with his first try for Warrington.
Smith added: "He's a terrific young player. I'm not sure of the official tackle count but he's got a great work rate and he wouldn't blow a candle out as soon as the whistle went.
"He's a good boy and I'm pleased for him. It was a terrific experience for some of those young boys - I'm really pleased about that.
"We made a lot of changes for this week but we want to progress Currie, (Brad) Dwyer and other young players.
"We're bringing some young boys through and we also had one eye on next week so to get through a game against a team as pretty competitive in the competition (as Salford) and rest up a few players, I'm pretty pleased about it really."
Salford coach Phil Veivers thinks his side need a confidence boost after watching them slip to their fifth successive league defeat.
"There were opportunities that we missed," he said. "I'm probably going over old ground again in saying that it was another game that got away from us that we were definitely in there to win.
"It's very frustrating at the moment and the players in the dressing room are feeling pretty tough, they're in a bit of a dark place and they're lacking a little bit of confidence.
"It just takes one win to build some confidence and they haven't got that at the moment so they need to hang tough because things just aren't going right.
"We're just on the edge of getting a win, I think. And we just need to get that win just to build that confidence back up."
To compound Salford's misery, hooker Wayne Godwin went off early on clutching his wrist and Veivers admits he is now likely to be out for the rest of the season.
"He's got a broken arm, he's in hospital at the moment," Veivers added. "It's probably a double fracture there somewhere so that'll be him for the season, I think."
