Huddersfield returned to the top of the Super League table with a 40-24 demolition of bottom side Castleford.
The Giants ran in seven tries as the Tigers struggled to cope with their visitors' attacking threat - particularly out wide.
Jermaine McGillvary scored two tries for Huddersfield, who revelled in the firm conditions to produce some sparkling running rugby.
The Tigers scored 18 points in four minutes with the game already lost, giving the scoreline some respectability at least.
The hosts also had the opening say as a short delayed pass from Rangi Chase found Oliver Holmes arriving on a superb diagonal line for his first try of the year, a score converted by Jamie Ellis.
But after wasting a couple of early chances, the Giants rapidly found their feet and began to pile on the points.
Stuart Fielden's ball-steal set up the chance for Shaun Lunt to go over from dummy half from a metre out under the posts and Danny Brough levelled the scores.
Moments later Joe Wardle scooped up a poor pass from Jordan Tansey and raced 70 metres to score under the posts, and with Chase in the sin-bin, a fine pass from Brett Ferres put Aaron Murphy in at the corner.
Taking advantage of the extra man, the Giants spread the ball out wide and McGillvary sprinted 60 metres down the right wing to score.
The final try of the half came on the same right flank, with Leroy Cudjoe making the break and waiting for Luke Robinson to catch up before supplying the perfect pass.
The tries continued to flow after the break as McGillvary outpaced Richard Owen to reach a grubber kick from Ferres, then Ferres got on the scoresheet himself from Brough's outside-of-the-boot chip.
With the game won Huddersfield's intensity level dropped off. They survived Jamie Cording's yellow card for holding down but shipped three tries in the closing minutes, all converted by Ellis.
Adam Milner sneaked over from dummy half, then directly from the kick-off the Tigers went 90 metres, with Daryl Clark sprinting in.
A moment of class from Chase completed proceedings, as he chipped through, collected his own kick and flicked the ball inside for Jonathan Walker to score.
