Guisset: Bagged a brace
Les Catalans held off a late rally from Harlequins at the Twickenham Stoop to record just their second win of the Super League season.
Jerome Guisset grabbed two of the visitors' five tries, while Casey McGuire, Clint Greenshields and Olivier Elima also scored, as they triumphed 28-24 in London.
Quins threatened to produce a sensational comeback in the closing stages when Chris Melling and Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook both crossed.
However, their efforts - which followed on from earlier tries from Jason Golden and Mat Gardner - were not enough to stave off a second successive defeat.
Having gone out of the Carnegie Challenge Cup to Huddersfield Giants last weekend, Brian McDermott's side had come roaring out of the traps.
But the tone was set for an error-strewn performance when Will Sharp made a bad mistake that allowed McGuire to touch down underneath the posts.
The home side hit back through debutant Gardner but Guisset bundled his way over from close range to restore the Dragons' lead midway through the half.
Thomas Bosc converted and the visitors moved further ahead before the break when full-back Greenshields produced some dazzling footwork to find his way to the line.
When Elima barged his way through to touch down in the 50th minute Les Catalans looked to be cruising towards the two points.
Even when Quins gained hope through Golden going over, the Dragons quickly responded with Guisset's second of the night.
In the end they were force to hold on, though, McCarthy-Scarsbrook setting up a thrilling finish with a try with three minutes to play.
Despite Melling also scoring, the full-back's effort came too late to make a difference to the final outcome, Rob Purdham's fourth goal of the night meaning the final deficit between the two sides was just four points.
