Loffreda rings the changes
Tiesi will make his RWC debut
Argentina have made six changes to the side that beat France in Friday World Cup curtain-raiser for Tuesday's clash with Georgia.
Pumas coach Marcelo Loffreda, faced with a schedule of two matches in five days, retains just nine of the side that edged France 17-12 on Friday.
Agustín Pichot will once again lead the team and resumes his half-back partnership with Juan Martín Hernández.
Felipe Contepomi, who kicked 12 points against the hosts, continues at inside-centre but his twin Manuel drops out of the squad.
In one of two changes to the backs, fit-again Gonzalo Tiesi is handed the number 13 shirt and Federico Martin Aramburu replaces Horacio Agulla on the left wing.
Only hooker Mario Ledesma remains from the front row that ran out in Paris with Marcos Ayerza and Santiago Gonzalez Bonorino the new props.
Rimas Álvarez Kairelis replaces Carlos Ignacio Fernandez Lobbe at lock and Martín Durand is given the nod at blindside, coming in for Lucas Ostiglia.
