Strengths: Very much from the Mike Teague school of bruising blind-side back-row play, Best added a welcome abrasive edge to Ireland's pack last year with his rumbustious running and concrete tackling.
Weaknesses: What you see is what you get - a powerful player, he lacks Easterby's reading of the game and technical nous and therefore will feature from the bench.
