Strengths: Known for his tryscoring ability and rightfully so - his six tries in the 2004 Super 12, repeated in the 2006 Super 14, equal the most by a hooker in any year in this competition. His quick acceleration and hard running make him a slippery customer who adds attacking options to the side.
Weaknesses: Not as technically sound as the experienced Anton Oliver and is not up to world-class scrummaging standards. While his lineout throwing has improved over the years, Hore has himself admitted that there is still work to do in that area of his game.
