Strengths: Tigerish commitment and passion. Januarie constantly keeps his opposition guessing with his lightning pace off the mark around the fringes. The smallest member of the Bok squad, however it's true when they say dynamite comes in small packages. Januarie backs up his small physique with thundering tackles that catch most of his targets unaware.
Weaknesses: Picked up a few injuries in the past two years. Concerns were raised regarding his lack of conditioning, but he has worked hard to get back into shape. Takes his time to get the ball out to his fly-halves, leaving the entire backline under unnecessary pressure.
