Strengths: Olivier is one of the most solid defenders in South African rugby. His versatility means he can be used at number 12 or 13, as well as on the wing.
Weaknesses: Has a bad habit of running sideways and is incredibly predictable. The ball struggles to reach the wings when Olivier is at centre, this is due to him either taking the ball up on his own or a pass going astray.
