Strengths: Alfie is an exceptional talent. His running angles are second to none and he is a constant danger to defences. He is strong in the tackle and is a deadly finisher and will be a key player in Wales' World Cup bid and brings great leadership skills.
Weaknesses: If he has any weakness it would be that he has lost a touch of his pace as he has aged, but he's still not slow by any stretch of the imagination. If left on the bench for too long he can become something of a liability!
