England v Ireland

76mins: Ireland's afternoon as a backs move ends with the ball being passed straight into touch.

74mins: Another three points for Cipriani to take his tally to 18 points.

72mins: Swing Low, Sweet Chariots echoes around Twickenham... with England in complete control. Credit where credit is due as they have turned it around after a poor start.

70mins: And the try finally comes through Noon. A simple break down the blindside from a scrum in the Irish 22 sees Noon crash over. Cipriani converts for a perfect day.

68mins: England are turning the screw and driving forward in bid for the crucial try. With Ireland lacking direction and ideas this could well be the end of O'Sullivan.

66mins: Great football skills from Noon sees England go from their own 10m into the Irish 22.

64mins: Ireland are running out of time here - and at the moment, other than the odd burst from Fitzgerald, they are lacking creativity.

62mins: England's defence has been superb as they are silence the Irish threat.

60mins: BISH - Noon is at it again, with Heaslip this time wiped out.

58mins: England's pressure in the tackle has earned them a scrum in the 22 - and from the platform blood replacement Tait crosses in the corner (and then heads off for Sackey). Cipriani converts.

54mins: Wilkinson is on at inside centre, with Flood making way.

53mins: You just get the feeling Ireland are building some momentum... but England look solid in defence.

51mins: England make a complete hash of clearing their lines, resulting in a penalty - but O'Gara misses.

49mins: Fitzgerald is looking a real class act after coming on and his pace is a concern for England.

47mins: Quality break from Fitzgerald almost results in a try, but England regroup.

45mins: This is a good response from England as they enjoy some fruitful phases and earn a penalty. Cipriani makes it four out of four.

42mins: Bright start from Ireland, however the English defence holds firm.

Half-time: England will be happier with this first half - especially as they didn't turn up for the first 10 minutes. Cipriani has had a cultured first start but England need to avoid another second half blip if they are to close out this game.

39mins: Ireland's pack is making good yards in to England's 22 - but the forwards have a rueful look on their faces after Wallace knocks on.

36mins: Both sides are looking to finish the half on a high as play swings from one half to the other.

34mins: England see a good attacking opportunity wasted after Easterby robs the ball in a maul.

32mins: Loose play again from Ireland lets them down after they had worked their way into the England half.

30mins: Hands in the ruck cost Ireland here. Toby Flood makes a good break and although Ireland make the tackle, O'Connell is pinged for handling the ball - and Cipriani converts.

28mins: England are on the back as Ireland probe away, however silly mistakes are letting the visitors down.

26mins: Vainikolo is caught in possession but Noon is back to snuff out the threat.

24mins: Noon is denied on the Irish line. Cipriani finds Noon on the inside, but the cover of Murphy and co denies the Newcastle man.

22mins: Ireland are looking to regain the advantage and are passing the ball well, but a knock-on from Heaslip coughs up possession.

20mins: Suddenly England are finding gaps in the Ireland defence - resulting in a try for Sackey in the corner. Sackey makes the initial hard yards and after drives from Flood, Lipman and Easter the ball finds its way to the Wasps wing for a try in the corner. Cipriani converts.

17mins: Ireland's lineout is not quite functioning with England looking to take full advantage.

15mins: BASH - Jamie Noon has cleaned out Andrew Trimble with a monster tackle.

14mins: Cipriani's boot is working well for England - two beautifully struck kicks out of hand in a row see the hosts in the Ireland 22.

13mins: Hands in the ruck gift Cipriani his first shot at goal and the Wasps ace is off the mark.

11mins: First moment of magic from Cipriani as he chips delightfully to the corner.

9mins: England need to settle into this game quickly otherwise the catcalls will be coming at half-time

7mins: It goes from bad to worse for England as Balshaw foolishly holds on awarding O'Gara a simple penalty chance - and he doesn't miss.

5mins: Problems for England - Kearney has scored in the corner. Quick hands from a tap-penalty by Reddan stretches England and Kearney cuts back inside off his wing to score. O'Gara converts.

3mins: England are looking for more intelligent kicks this week, with Cipriani and Balshaw looking to turn Kearney, Bowe and Murphy.

1mins: 30 seconds in and the first turn over against England. Not the start Ashton will have wanted.

And we are ready for kick-off: Danny Cipriani is tossed the ball to kick us off.

Out they come: Ronan O'Gara leads out the Ireland team to polite applause, while Twickenham roars as Vickery leads out England. Whether England will get the same reception at full-time waits to be seen, with only a good line likely to avoid the catcalls for Ashton.

Crunch time! England and Ireland might have endured disappointing Six Nations campaign, however both have plenty still to play for - pride, passion, places and the jobs of their coaches.
Both Brian Ashton and Eddie O'Sullivan find their jobs coming under increasing scrutiny and a defeat at Twickenham will only see the pressure mount.
