It's an emphatic win for the seven-times champions who controlled this game from the outset. The Bulls put up a brave effort but, in the end, they couldn't match the intensity of their hosts who deserve this win.

76 Marshall does well to free his hands, after taking a hit, and offloads to Tim Donnelly. The big lock tries to dive over the Bulls' try-line but is tackled into touch by Fouche!

74 Pierre Spies makes a break from the back of a line-out but is called back when Juandre Kruger is penalised for obstructing Sam Whitelock.

55 Fruean makes a break, inside his 22, and beats two defenders! He is soon inside the Bulls half but is brought to ground by a fine tackle from Zane Kirchner!

50 Carter and Matt Todd attack down the right-hand touchline. They are inside the Bulls' 22 but lose possession when Ellis fails to control a pass from Todd.

40 Morne Steyn gets the second half started with a deep hanging kick which Andy Ellis gathers. He offloads to Kieran Read who takes the ball into contact inside his 22.

The Crusaders have dominated and it shows on the scoreboard. But despite trailing, the Bulls are still very much in this match and will try to step up a gear after the break.

11 Morne Steyn puts in a cross kick for Jurgen Visser to change but Tom Marshall collects safely inside his 22 to McNicholl who knocks on!

4 The Crusaders set of on a counter-attacking run from inside their half. They are soon inside the Bulls' half but a pass from Kieran Read to Johnny McNicholl goes directly into touch.

2 Flip van der Merwe does well when he puts pressure on Dom Bird at a line-out. The Crusaders lock knocks the ball into touch on his team's throw-in, which means the Bulls gain possession to throwin at the next set-piece.

Team News: Bulls coach Frans Ludeke has made just one change to his starting XV with Jÿ¼rgen Visser coming in for Lionel Mapoe on the left wing. The rest of the side remains unchanged, but Visser's spot on the bench will be taken by Jan Serfontein.

Team News: Despite losing their opening two Super Rugby matches, Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder has named an unchanged starting XV to tackle the Bulls.
