Harlequins are gunning for a fifth straight win in all competitions on Saturday against a London Irish side who are at the wrong end of the table.

League leaders Quins are unchanged from the side which beat Northampton Saints 18-9 last weekend.

Among the replacements, Rob Buchanan comes in to provide cover at hooker, while George Lowe returns from injury and will look to make his first appearance since November 16.

Meanwhile, Irish have also announced an unchanged starting XV .

Director of rugby Brian Smith retains the starting line-up that played Leicester Tigers at Madejski Stadium last weekend.

There are three changes among the replacements where George Skivington returns from injury to cover the second row. Steven Shingler and new signing Patrick Phibbs provide half-back cover.

"They won't intimidate us, they are a very good team but we should have beaten them at home and we have the belief we can beat them again.
