Jordan Turner-Hall: Handed the week off
Declan Danaher: Will make his 250th appearance for London Irish
Declan Danaher will celebrate his 250th appearance for London Irish in the Aviva Premiership clash with Harlequins on Sunday.
And while Danaher will reach the personal milestone, at the other end of the scale Anthony Watson will start a Premiership match for the first time.
Both players starred in the 69-26 romp against Mont-de-Marsan in the Amlin Challenge Cup last time out - with director of rugby Brian Smith keeping faith in the same line-up.
There are three changes on the bench, though, with Cai Griffiths, Alex Gray and Darren Allinson coming in.
Harlequins have made three changes for the trip to the Madejski Stadium.
The table-toppers, who recorded back-to-back wins in the Heineken Cup, welcome back Ugo Monye and Tom Casson to the back division, while Tom Guest comes into the back row.
Casson is handed his first start of the season as Jordan Turner-Hall is given the week off to rest an on-going knee problem.
With Nick Evans still sidelined, Ben Botica retains the No 10 jersey.

"Sunday will mark a great mile-stone for one of London Irish's finest warriors when Declan Danaher pulls on the London Irish jersey for the 250th time.
"It's an incredible feat of endurance and courage. It will be a tough afternoon for Dec and the boys; we can expect a thorough examination in all departments as Harlequins have a strong pack and some extremely dangerous backline players.
"Whilst we have a healthy respect for our opponents, we have faith in each other and the belief that we can beat any team in this league."
