Amlin Challenge Cup preview: London Wasps host Gloucester at Adams Park
Wasps welcome Gloucester to Adams Park as they go toe-to-toe in an all-Aviva Premiership Amlin Challenge Cup quarter-final.
The sides have already met twice this season, with Wasps beating Gloucester at Kingsholm in the Premiership before the Cherry and Whites gained revenge in the LV=Cup.
Capital side Wasps enter the clash having won just one of their last five domestic outings, snatching a last-gasp victory against bottom club Worcester Warriors last month.
Gloucester, meanwhile, have registered three wins in the same period, giving them advantage on recent form as European rugby enters the knockout stages.
On the continent, Wasps negotiated their Amlin Pool without losing a match, while Gloucester earned their place in the quarter-finals as runners-up in Pool 6 of the Heineken Cup, where they won three and lost in equal measure.
Dai Young has made a number of changes to the starting line-up for Wasps, including the return of England internationals Joe Launchbury and Matt Mullan.
There are also alterations on both wings with James Short, who was unable to play last weekend due to his loan agreement, takes over Tom Howe. Will Helu, who has recovered from injury, replaces Jonah Holmes.
The final two changes come in the back row, where Sam Jones returns to the starting line-up at no. 6, with James Haskell across the scrum. Guy Thompson moves to the bench and will face a fitness test ahead of Sunday's game.
Meanwhile, Gloucester head coach Nigel Davies has made three switches to side that edged Exeter 14-13 last weekend.
There are two changes to the pack as Dan George replaces the injured Darren Dawidiuk at hooker and James Hudson returns in the second row in place of Will James.
Ryan Mills failed to recover from the knock he picked up at the Chiefs last Saturday, so Billy Twelvetrees takes over at fly-half.
Mike Tindall moves across to inside centre and Henry Trinder comes in to don the number thirteen jersey.
