England and Australia clash again at Twickenham
Phil Vickery and Tom Palmer are the two notable changes to the England starting XV that will take on Australia at Twickenham.
The Wasps duo came off the bench in the 39-13 victory over the Pacific Islanders and will replace Matt Stevens and Nick Kennedy to face the Wallabies.
The changes are a clear sign that England will be looking to exert pressure on the Australia scrum, with Vickery teaming up with Lee Mears and Andrew Sheridan in a powerful front-row.
"We have two quality tighthead props. Phil is fresh and in form and we are picking a team to beat Australia on Saturday," said manager Martin Johnson.
"Matt is a huge impact player. Phil is our most experienced forward. He brings a lot of leadership, which will be important. He is a world-class player.
"Tom had a good tour of New Zealand. It was good to get Nick in last week. He played pretty well. It is not a selection on how he played last week, we were thinking of doing it anyway.
"It was a tough call on him not being on the bench but we wanted what Shaw offers."
There is also extra bulk on the bench with Simon Shaw coming in - meaning that Kennedy misses out completely.
Johnson has kept faith with the exciting looking backline, with Delon Armitage, Ugo Monye and Riki Flutey out to improve on their impressive debuts, while the two Dannys - Care and Cipriani - will look to control the game from half-back.
That means there is no place for Mathew Tait despite the Sale full-back returning to training with the squad this week.
Australia coach Robbie Deans has rung the changes from the side which beat Italy 30-20 for Saturday's trip to Twickenham.
After blooding several youngsters in Padova, Deans has reverted to the powerful line-up which started against New Zealand two weeks ago in Hong Kong - with the exception of one change in the back row.
Having fully recovered from an ankle injury, Hugh McMeniman takes his place at blindside flanker in favour of Dean Mumm.
Elsewhere, Matt Giteau returns to start at fly-half in place of Berrick Barnes (knee), with Stirling Mortlock and Ryan Cross forging a powerful midfield unit.
Other changes from the Italy triumph see Peter Hynes and Drew Mitchell come in on the wings with Benn Robinson taking over at prop and Nathan Sharp regaining the No.5 jersey.
Deans also includes rookie fly-half Quade Cooper amongst the replacements after the 20-year-old came off the bench to seal the Wallabies' victory over Italy with a late try.
With Timana Tahu (hamstring) also unavailable, there was a vacant place on the bench. However, Deans has once again overlooked star winger Lote Tuqiri, instead selecting Digby Ioane.
Australia have lost on four of their last five visits to Twickenham and the Wallabies were also beaten the last time they faced England, in the 2007 World Cup quarter-final.
Deans said: "There's great history in the sporting rivalry between Australia and England and Twickenham is a great stadium and a special ground to play on.
"We're looking forward to what we anticipate will be a great occasion.
